Precious Metals

After years of research of scope in EV sector Automobile Industry, we discovered an opportunity in Metal ore trading. Since Electric Vehicles are in high demand and is constantly increasing, in Mid-April 2022 we started supplying base metal ores for multiple applications in EV component manufacturing.

TIN Ingots Shivay Enterprises

TIN

Tin is a soft, malleable, ductile and highly crystalline silvery white metal. When a bar of tin is bent, a crackling sound known as the "tin cry" can be heard from the twinning of the crystals.

Commercial grades of Tin resist transformation because of the inhibiting effect of small amount of bismuth, antimony, lead, copper, silver present as impurities. Alloying elements can increase the hardness of tin.

Tin resists corrosion from water. It can be highly polished and can be used as a protective coat for other metals. Thus ideal metal for soldering. Tin is primarily used for soldering, tin plating, brass and bronze alloy.

Tin has been used in alloy with lead as solder, in amount of 5-70% w/w for use in Electric Circuits.

Tin bonds readily to iron and is used to coat lead, zinc and steel to prevent corrosion.

Aluminium Ingots Shivay Enterprises

ALUMINIUM

Aluminium has a low density than that of other common metals and has a great affinity towards oxygen, forming a protective layer of oxides when exposed to air. It is soft, ductile, and non-magnetic. Aluminium is almost always alloyed, which markedly improves its mechanical properties, especially when tempered. It has high conductivity, resists corrosion and is light weight. Hence is has been extensively used in Automobile Industry for EV Component manufacturing. We can provide Aluminium in form of sheet, slab, ingots, bars and Alloys of Aluminium with other metals are also available for Electic Component Related use.

copper shivay enterprises

COPPER

Copper is a soft, malleable & ductile metal with a very high thermal and electrical conductivity. Copper is also alloyed with other metals (Copper with Tin forms Bronze and Copper with Zinc forms Brass). Integrated circuit boards increasingly feature copper in place of aluminium because of its superior electrical properties. Copper's superior conductivity enhances the efficiency of electrical motors. Copper is used in the electrodes and conductive pathways of batteries to minimize electrical losses during charging and discharging.
